I am Donna Marie Johnson, aka @leadlikeaqueen.

I have been providing Administrative and Virtual Assistance (VA) Support to Small Business Leaders for over 25 years, especially in the areas of marketing system implementation. As I completed my Masters of Arts in Executive Leadership (and currently completing my MBA in Executive Coaching), I am transforming my previous markting business so that I am using my strength as a coach and mentor to provide value to my clients who are black women leaders who are helping their clients as VA’s and remote workers.

My coachees and mentees are black women leaders who are VA’s and Remote Workers who want to improve their career/business and get more fulfillment and money without becoming drained from over serving or over giving out of an empty cup.
